| this portfolio has been published in 1999 by edizioni
di on behalf of legambiente (an italian environmentalist association) who wanted
a spiffy present for its most prominent supporters, so this one has never reached the
retail market. the publisher retained a few
copies for archive purposes but we managed to buy'em all out with the promise to only
sell'em overseas.
the portfolio, limited to 799 copies,
contains eight 11x15" full-color plates on watercolor paper. the first plate is signed
in full and numbered in pencil by manara, while the following ones are signed by
manara with his initials and numbered.
hard-back cloth outer-cover with flaps and
mini-print holds an inner color-printed soft-cover which actually contains the plates. out
of print.
