in may 2001, this portfolio contains two different sets: 8 prints of casotto's trademark
sexy-ladies drawings and 8 "very revealing" (as they used to say in those ads
back in the days...) sepia-toned pictures of giovanna herself. the drawings are printed in color on 9x12" watercolor-like stock,
the pictures are on sleek stock, and the set is contained in a hardcover sleeve
with inner flaps to hold the prints. all the prints are hand-signed in pencil,
as is the certificate of authenticity which is also numbered "artist's proof edition
# of 10".
how is the artist's proof edition different from the standard
s/n run? well, each one of these portfolios has an original casotto's pencil
drawing on the back of the certificate of authenticity! and we're not talking
about a small headsketch, but a full figure as large as the c.o.a. itself!!! the images
